- The unit's 17-play drive marked the most plays in a scoring drive that resulted in a touchdown since the unit registered an 18-play touchdown drive vs. the Los Angeles Rams (11/15/21).
- It also marked the most plays in a scoring drive that resulted in any points since 11/21/21 at Jacksonville, when the unit registered a 20-play drive that resulted in a field goal.
- QBMac Jonescompleted 33 of his 49 passing attempts for 342 yards and two touchdowns with a passer rating of 100.9 on the night. His passing touchdowns gave him six this season and 60 in his career.
- Jones' 342 passing yards marked his sixth career game with 300-or-more passing yards and his first since he threw for 316 passing yards vs. Philadelphia (9/10/23) as a member of the New England Patriots.
- It also marked the fifth time in Jones' career that he has registered 300-or-more passing yards and two-or-more passing touchdowns. In addition to his 316 passing yards vs. Philadelphia (9/10/23), Jones also threw three passing touchdowns.
- Jones opened the game by leading an eight-play, 72-yard scoring drive that resulted in a six-yard touchdown pass to TEJake Tonges. Jones completed all of five of his passing attempts for 77 yards on that drive, marking the third-most passing yards by a 49ers QB on an opening drive since at least 2000.
- RBChristian McCaffreyregistered 22 carries for 57 yards on the ground to go along with eight receptions for 82 yards and one touchdown through the air.
- McCaffrey's touchdown reception marked his third of the season and the 32nd of his career. With one touchdown reception last week vs. Jacksonville (9/28/25) and one touchdown reception on "TNF," it marked the seventh time in McCaffrey's career that he has registered one-or-more touchdown receptions in back-to-back games and his first time doing so since he registered three-consecutive games in 2023.
- Thursday's game marked the 100th game of McCaffrey's career. In 100 career games, McCaffrey has recorded 11,383 yards from scrimmage and 83 total touchdowns. He is one of six players in NFL history to record 11,000-or-more yards and 80-or-more touchdowns through 100 career games.
- With 88 receiving yards vs. Arizona (9/21/25), 92 receiving yards vs. Jacksonville (9/28/25) and 82 receiving yards on the night, McCaffrey registered his third-consecutive game with 80-or-more receiving yards, making him the first 49ers running back to register three-consecutive games with 80-or-more receiving yards in a single season.
- With 139 yards from scrimmage, McCaffrey registered his 62nd career game with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage and his 25th such game as a member of the 49ers.
- McCaffrey's 62 games with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage are the most among active NFL RBs.
- With 142 yards from scrimmage Week 1 at Seattle (9/7/25), 107 yards from scrimmage Week 2 at New Orleans (9/14/25), 140 yards from scrimmage Week 3 vs. Arizona (9/21/25), 141 yards from scrimmage Week 4 vs. Jacksonville (9/28/25) and 139 yards from scrimmage on Thursday night, McCaffrey became the third 49ers player in franchise history to begin a season with five-consecutive games with 100-or-more yards from scrimmage and the first to accomplish the feat since former RB Roger Craig in the 1988 season.
- With 57 rushing yards and 82 receiving yards, McCaffrey registered his 34th career game with 50-or-more rushing yards and 50-or-more receiving yards, which is the second-most such games in NFL history (RB Marshall Faulk, 41 games).
- Of those 34 games, McCaffrey has recorded 10 as a member of the 49ers. His 10 games with 50-or-more rushing yards and 50-or-more receiving yards are the third-most in franchise history.
- WRKendrick Bournetied his career-high with 10 receptions for a career-high 142 yards on Thursday. His 142 yards mark his second career game with 100-or-more receiving yards and his first since recording 100 receiving yards vs. Cincinnati (12/24/22) as a member of the New England Patriots.
- TEJake Tongesnotched a career-high seven receptions for 41 yards and one touchdown on "TNF." His touchdown reception marked the third of his career.
- With one touchdown reception last week vs. Jacksonville (9/28/25) and one touchdown reception on Thursday, it marked the first time in Tonges' career that he had registered back-to-back games with one-or-more touchdown receptions.
- Tonges also became the first 49ers TE to register consecutive games with one-or-more touchdown receptions since TE George Kittle tallied three-consecutive games with one-or-more touchdown receptions in 2024.
Defensive Highlights
- DLBryce Huffregistered two tackles and 1.0 sack of Rams QB Matthew Stafford. His sack of Stafford gives him 3.0 this season and 23.0 in his career.
- DLAlfred Collinsregistered two tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery on the night. His forced fumble and fumble recovery both marked the first of his career.
- DLTrevis Gipsonregistered one fumble recovery on the night, marking his first fumble recovery of the season and the second of his career.
- DLJordan Elliottregistered one tackle and blocked a Rams point-after-touchdown, marking the second blocked point-after-touchdown of his career and the team's first since Elliott blocked a point-after-touchdown vs. Detroit (12/30/24).
- SMarques Sigleregistered a career-high 13 tackles and one pass defended on the night.
- Sigle's 13 tackles mark the most in a game by a 49ers rookie since former LB Dre Greenlaw recorded 13 tackles at Seattle (12/29/19).
Special Teams Highlights
- KEddy Pieiroconverted on all four of his field goal attempts (37, 20, 59 & 41) and both of his points-after-touchdowns.
- Pieiro's 59-yard field goal marked the longest field goal of his career and his longest field goal since converting on a 56-yard field goal vs. Minnesota (10/1/23) as a member of the Carolina Panthers.
- It also marked the second-longest field goal in franchise history.
